This program is for individuals with or without a neurological diagnosis who is experiencing imbalance or symptoms that may contribute to falls or has experienced a fall recently. The program is tailored just for you comprising of a fall prevention assessment, manual addressing various strategies to reduce fall risk, home safety checklist and follow up sessions discuss sections of the manual with appropriate exercises.
